The Royal Deck" is the perfect multi-purpose deck. Still under construction in these pictures, The Royal Deck combines many features that add to the enjoyment of entertaining or simply spending time at home.
The deck features a large, continuous, multi-level main platform. This multi-level platform system affords comfortable, built-in seating for up to two dozen people. The perimeter of the seating area also serves as an elevated walkway that surrounds the main platform.
The elevated walkway is gated over the deep area of the family pool, allowing children of all ages to jump into the pool from the second floor level of the house.
The deck extends along the full length of the second floor of the home and opens to a private balcony outside a second floor bedroom.
The outside corner of the main elevated platform transitions into a curved walkway leading to a treehouse.
The treehouse was originally built in front of the home, but was later moved to the rear at the assistance of the local neighborhood association. It has now been incorporated in to "The Royal Deck" experience.
